“Sino-Japanese Joint Research Center for Advanced Vehicle Science and Technology” formally Signed

On March 2, 2011, “Sino-Japanese Joint Research Center for Advanced Vehicle Science and Technology”， jointly established by Advanced Mobility Research Center (ITS Center), The University of Tokyo and Automotive School, Tongji University, was formally signed in the University of Tokyo. The joint research center was co-sponsored by Prof. Guangqiang WU, director of Institute of Automotive Simulation Science and Prof. Yoshihiro SUDA, director of Advanced Mobility Research Center, and was supported by Prof. Zhuoping YU, Dean of Automotive School.

The joint research center will promote research cooperation between Advanced Mobility Research Center and Automotive School in academic fields of mutual interest through the exchange of faculty members, researchers and qualified students, technical support for Japanese and Chinese vehicle corporations, joint research on vehicle prospective technologies, etc.
